Cricket West Indies (CWI) has taken another bold step in championing diversity and progressive governance by reappointing three accomplished women to its Board of Directors.
These include Debra Coryat-Patton (T&T), Diann Campbell ( Jamaica), and Louise Victor-Frederick (St. Lucia), who were reconfirmed as independent directors, affirming their vital roles in shaping the organization’s strategic direction.
Trinidadian Coryat-Patton is a legal luminary specializing in employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Her sharp communications and stakeholder engagement acumen have elevated CWI’s governance.
CWI President Dr. Kishore Shallow hailed the reappointments as a testament to the organization’s unwavering dedication to excellence and equity.
“The return of these exceptional leaders is not merely symbolic, but it is a strategic decision rooted in our belief that diverse perspectives drive progress.
“These women have already made indelible contributions to West Indies cricket, and their continued leadership ensures that our governance remains innovative, inclusive, and impactful.
“We are also delighted to retain the expertise of Mr. Hallam Nichols, whose regional and international business acumen strengthens our collective vision.”
